Marc Simón is the Deputy Managing Director of the “la Caixa” Banking Foundation and is responsible for the organizations social programmes. He explains that the path to progress requires greater social equality and the involvement of all which is why it is so important that companies are socially responsible. The “la Caixa” Banking Foundation is the largest private foundation in Europe with an annual budget well in excess of 550 million Euros.
