APPLE TREE, the agency that applies NEW THINKING to help brands increase relevance and drive stronger business results, has once again secured its place in the Best Agency to Work For ranking, maintaining its position among the Top 3 for the tenth consecutive year. It remains the only communications agency to have achieved this distinction over such a sustained period.

In the 2025 edition of the ranking, APPLE TREE placed second. The study, conducted by Scopen, identifies the communications and PR consultancies most highly valued as places to work, based on the views of professionals across the sector. It also analyses the factors that influence career mobility and professionals’ willingness to change consultancy.

For the 2025 report, Scopen interviewed 377 professionals working across 47 communications consultancies. Of these, 83% are based in Madrid and 17% in other cities. Women represent 71% of respondents and men 29%, with an average age of 38.9 years.
