APPLE TREE has appointed Àngels Garriga as the new Account Director for its Barcelona office. This strategic move strengthens the agency’s healthcare and pharmaceutical division, a key team responsible for leading high-impact campaigns across the health and consumer goods sectors. By bringing Àngels on board, APPLE TREE continues to apply its «NEW THINKING» approach to boost brand relevance and drive business results for its clients.
Àngels has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Barcelona and has more than 16 years of experience in communications, most of it specializing in the healthcare field. In 2009, she joined Punta Alta, an agency specializing in healthcare, where she spent more than a decade leading awareness campaigns, product launches, crisis management, and press offices. Her versatile and strategic profile has allowed her to work for clients in sectors such as the pharmaceutical industry, nutrition, animal health, and consumer goods.
Since joining APPLE TREE in 2021, she has led projects for clients including Boehringer Ingelheim, Associació Contra El Càncer Barcelona, Boston Scientific, AEACaP, and MediaMarkt. Her main areas of expertise include oncology, cardiology, animal health, and dietetics, as well as corporate communications for leading brands.
