Named APPLE TREE Roots, the initiative aims to build a community for the professionals who have been part of the agency over the last two decades.

The club is designed to support ongoing training, foster networking, and nurture the agency’s unique culture. This culture has seen APPLE TREE recognised as the “most admired consultancy by communication professionals” in Spain, while maintaining its position at the top of the “BEST AGENCY TO WORK FOR” ranking for over ten years.

To mark the launch, the agency brought together more than 50 professionals at its Barcelona and Madrid offices. These founding members will help drive a project that offers exclusive training, agency events, and networking opportunities, all while fostering a more inclusive and innovative communications sector.
