APPLE TREE, the agency that applies NEW THINKING to help clients increase brand relevance and deliver measurable business impact, has been named AGENCY OF THE YEAR 2026 IN EUROPE at the EMEA SABRE Awards, held in London on 23 May 2026, one of the most prestigious accolades in the international communications and public relations industry.
Organised by PRovoke Media, the EMEA SABRE Awards bring together the leading agencies and brands from Europe, the Middle East and Africa each year. This edition saw more than 2,000 projects and hundreds of consultancies from across the region take part in the selection process, recognising the industry’s most outstanding work, campaigns and agencies.
This recognition consolidates APPLE TREE’s position as one of Europe’s leading independent agencies. After being named by SCOPEN as Consultant of the Year in Spain for 2025 and 2026, the agency now takes a further step forward by becoming Consultancy of the Year at the 2026 EMEA SABRE Awards, one of the sector’s highest international honours.
The Spanish agency with the most wins and shortlisted projects
Beyond being named Europe’s best consultancy of the year, APPLE TREE was also the Spanish agency with the highest number of winning and shortlisted projects across all categories at the 2026 EMEA SABRE Awards, reinforcing its creative and strategic strength on the international stage.
Among its wins, APPLE TREE received Gold in the Industry Sectors: Energy and Natural Resources category for “NADA (Nothing)”, the campaign developed with NITID for Gas Verde Sí, an initiative promoted by Nedgia, Nortegas, Madrileña Red de Gas, Redexis and Gas Extremadura.
The project turned the idea of “nothing” into a powerful creative platform to make visible an invisible yet essential form of energy. The jury recognised its strategic clarity, creative ambition and ability to generate conversation and impact.
APPLE TREE also received a Special Mention at the IN2 SABRE Awards EMEA for “Creator Hub”, the project developed for Radisson Hotel Group.
The agency was also shortlisted in some of the competition’s most relevant categories, including the Diamond SABRE Awards: Company of the Year for “CUPRA: One Million Cars in Seven Years, A First in the Automotive Industry”, developed with Vampire, &Rosàs, Tigrelab and C14; and in the Geographic: Iberia category for “Pedroche, put it on”, the project created for La Gula del Norte with Havas Creative and UM.
Together, these achievements underline APPLE TREE’s ability to develop ideas that build cultural relevance, strengthen reputation and deliver business results across highly diverse sectors and markets.
A recognition of NEW THINKING
The Agency of the Year award recognises APPLE TREE’s evolution and consolidation in recent years, driven by sustained growth, international expansion and work for some of the market’s most relevant brands.
The jury particularly valued the agency’s ability to integrate creativity, communication, influence, social media, data and cultural strategy into a model designed to build more relevant brands and generate measurable business impact.
Carme Miró, CEO of APPLE TREE, said: “This recognition is a source of enormous pride for the whole team, for each and every one of our professionals and for our clients, who challenge us every day to think differently and find new ways to generate impact. Being named Agency of the Year in Europe also demonstrates that Spain can lead the transformation of the industry through creativity, strategy and international ambition.”
