APPLE TREE, the agency that applies NEW THINKING to help its clients increase brand relevance and improve business results, closed fiscal year 2024 with a turnover of €29.9 million, driven by organic growth in its core services of 27%.

This growth was led by the strong development of areas such as creativity, digital strategy and social media, corporate communication strategy, and influencer marketing.  APPLE TREE’s turnover – which includes revenues from its offices in Barcelona, Madrid, and London, as well as from its influencer marketing agency Keepers and agency Orchard – rose from €23.6 million in 2023 to €29.9 million in 2024 positioning the company among Spain’s largest strategic and creative agencies by revenue.

According to Carme Miró, CEO and founder of APPLE TREE:

“This achievement would not have been possible without the more than 160 people who make up APPLE TREE and work every day to deliver excellence for our clients. We are the only agency in Spain to have remained in the PR SCOPE top 10 for eight consecutive years. That kind of recognition only comes with the best, most motivated professionals. In the end, revenue growth is simply the reflection of a job well done, combining rigor, strategy, and passion in every deliverable, every day.”

Strategy and Creativity: APPLE TREE’s Growth Drivers

In 2024, APPLE TREE reaffirmed its market leadership, standing out as the only PR-origin agency included in AGENCY SCOPE, the benchmark study for advertisers in Spain, ranking 12th among the country’s top independent creative agencies. Conducted biennially by SCOPEN across 11 countries, the study analyzes advertiser-agency relationships as well as perceptions of agencies and other marketing and communication specialists.

Through campaigns such as ‘Hay un lugar que siempre te espera’ for Casa del Libro or ‘Salseo’ for Choví the agency demonstrated how its distinctive approach, combining earned media, influencers and creativity under the NEW THINKING approach enables brands to connect with consumers in a uniquely relevant way, directly driving business results.

APPLE TREE’s success lies in this differential approach, rooted in strategy, creativity, and innovation, that DNA is applied across all its services: branding, analysis and insights, strategic PR, creativity, digital, influencer marketing, branded content, and experiential marketing and events.

2025: 18 Years of APPLE TREE and New Madrid Offices

The APPLE TREE team remains the true secret to its success. In 2025, the agency expects to grow to more than 175 collaborators and will expand its Madrid offices with a new creative and innovation space in the city center, designed to become a meeting point for the communications industry.

One of APPLE TREE’s biggest draws for talent is the ability to build a career in one of the most creative and innovative agencies in the market.

As Carme Miró explains:

“Within our GOODNESS philosophy -which consists of sharing, caring for and motivating our team-, it is essential that everyone feels part of the agency’s success. Each year, we share 10–15% of the company’s profits with our team when annual targets are met; and even when we don’t meet the budget, we still award a symbolic bonus as recognition for the dedication of our professionals. For us, it’s about feeling part of something bigger , supported by continuous training and the spirit of camaraderie that we’ve fostered for 18 years, without exception, through our annual Offsite.”

In addition to these benefits, employees take pride in the agency’s BCorp community membership and its commitment to social causes, such as achieving gender equality. The agency provides financial support to three women’s youth football teams, CFF Olympia Las Rozas in Madrid, Women Soccer School in Barcelona, and CE Seagull BDN in Badalona, to promote equality in areas where women are underrepresented, such as football.
