Carme Miró, CEO of APPLE TREE, has been recognised by Forbes as one of the 100 most influential women in Spain in 2025. The list highlights women leaders, innovators and role models who are helping to shape the country’s business, cultural and social landscape.

Carme’s inclusion reflects both her influence within the sector and her commitment to a style of leadership rooted in inspiration and transformation. Published in the October print edition of Forbes Woman, the list brings together figures from across business, science, the arts and communication who are contributing to a more inclusive, sustainable and equitable future.

As Carme notes:
“This recognition is an honour I share with my team at APPLE TREE. I firmly believe that communication has the power to transform society, and that this only happens through ideas that are bold, purposeful and genuinely new.”

A career shaped by leadership and innovation

Carme has built much of her professional career as a strategic consultant specialising in management, marketing and communication. Since 2007, she has been CEO and founder of APPLE TREE, advising leading national and international brands and organisations including LEGO, Mahou, Nike, the European Union, Henkel Beauty, Manchester City FC, Radisson Hotel Group, Visa and Cupra.

Throughout her career, she has led high-impact global communication strategies, from the sponsorship agreement between UNICEF and FC Barcelona, to Nike’s influencer strategy and the international rebranding of Radisson Hotel Group in China.

Her first entrepreneurial project was Cluster Consulting, a consultancy she co-founded in 1993. Within a few years, it became a global leader in telecommunications and new technologies.

In 2025, Forbes also selected Carme as one of Spain’s 25 most outstanding female CEOs, alongside figures such as Ana María Morales (Beiersdorf), Rosa Tous (Grupo Tous), Antonella Sotero (Grupo Ferrero) and Judith Viader (Frit Ravich).

Beyond recognition

Under Carme’s leadership, APPLE TREE has consolidated its position as an agency with a strong strategic vision and a clear commitment to innovation.
