APPLE TREE is celebrating a double win at the prestigious EMEA Sabre Awards, the annual awards program hosted by communications and public relations publication Provoke. The agency’s campaigns, “Stars for Equality” for CFF Olympia Las Rozas and “Equal and Unique” for Pernod Ricard España, both received awards at the ceremony held last night in London.
Carme Miró, CEO and founder of APPLE TREE, expressed her pride: “We’re incredibly proud of the success of these two campaigns. They champion equality through creative and innovative communication, embodying the spirit of our ‘NEW THINKING’ philosophy.“
APPLE TREE’s “Stars for Equality” campaign for CFF Olympia Las Rozas secured the ‘Best Communication Campaign for the Iberia Region’ award. To launch the campaign, the agency’s creative team crafted a powerful symbol in homage to all sportswomen – a star with one missing point, representing the missing piece of equality. This sparked a movement of respect and recognition, embraced by several top-division women’s football teams and widely covered by leading newspapers and television outlets.
The #IgualesYÚnicas campaign, created for Pernod Ricard España, received an In2 Sabre Award for ‘Best Illustration and Photography’ in the ‘Best Tactics and Tools’ category. This campaign celebrates the talented women within Pernod Ricard. To make employees the true stars, APPLE TREE chose profiles from different company areas to share real testimonials. These stories showcased how these women are both relatable and uniquely talented.
The campaign featured a photoshoot by photographer Mara Alonso. The resulting powerful images were displayed in a large-scale exhibition at Pernod Ricard’s Madrid headquarters and strategic locations throughout the city, coinciding with the International Women’s Day march route.
