Laura Garrido has been promoted as the new managing partner of APPLE TREE’s strategic PR and communications department in Madrid. Laura joined our team in the capital’s office in February 2015, and from there, she will continue to offer strategic advice to clients who bet on NEW THINKING in their communication and PR strategies.
Laura Garrido has spent much of her professional career in communications and public relations consultancy. She holds a degree in Journalism from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Master’s Degree in Communication in Companies and Institutions from the same University. Laura has more than 18 years of experience in the journalism and communication sector. She has worked in companies such as Pullmantur Cruceros, Paniagua Consultores, Agencia EFE and Cadena COPE. She joined APPLE TREE in 2015 as an Account Manager and then became head of the communications department of the Madrid office. From this position, she advised clients such as VISA, LEGO, La Liga, Corteva Agriscience and Mondelēz, among many others, on their communication strategies.
