APPLE TREE, the agency that applies NEW THINKING to help its clients increase brand relevance and improve business results, has appointed María Quintana as the new Account Director for the Culture and Entertainment division at its Madrid office.

María holds a degree in Journalism from Universidad Villanueva and a Master’s in Journalism from Unidad Editorial, as well as a Master’s in Corporate and Advertising Communication from the Complutense University of Madrid. Her education and experience have enabled her to develop a comprehensive understanding of communication from both a journalistic and a strategic agency perspective.

Before joining APPLE TREE in 2019, she worked at media outlets including El Mundo, Onda Cero, and ABC Punto Radio, as well as at HAVAS PR, where she helped manage communication strategies for major consumer brands.

Over her more than eight-year career, María has designed and executed campaigns for clients including Cervezas Alhambra, Pernod Ricard, Barceló Viajes, Lotería Nacional, Vinted, and Miravía. At APPLE TREE, she is part of the Culture & Entertainment team, leading projects for brands such as Mahou and Choví.
